This collared jacket from Umgee is an eye catcher!  It is an unlined French terry material with sequined velvet frayed sleeves, collar, pockets, button front and a patch on the back detail.  You could wear it layered open with a top underneath, or button it up and wear it as a heavier top on cooler days.  We have it in a beautiful shade of navy, in sizes S, M & L.
