Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. After order is processed,

shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

Shipping normally delivers in 3-5 business days.

$50 UPS Next Day

Ideal for the fastest delivery. Orders must be placed by 11 A.M. CT to 

be processed the same day.

Shipping Policies

If your package is lost in transit please email us at 

shop@suburbanstylesonline.com so we can file a claim for your shipment. 

Once we have verified that your package cannot be located we will reship 

your items, and if they are not available we will refund your order. USPS

mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

*** Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping 

carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If packages

are shown as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding

your packages.

Return Policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase from Suburban Styles. However, we know that sometimes you may need to return an order. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 10 

business days of receiving your shipment. After this time frame,

your item(s) will not be eligible for return.

​

Items purchased at a 25% or more discount in the sale categories 

are not eligible for returns.

Accessories, leggings, and swim wear are FINAL SALES.

Items available for return must be in NEW condition and original packaging to be accepted for return.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receipt of your order. Please email us at shop@suburbanstylesonline.com and forward photos of any damage.

Color variations of merchandise due to resolutions of photos or monitor resolutions are not considered damages items.
